Hi guys,
Here is the info I received from Japan. It’s a bit of a game of “telephone” where my original questions have mutated a bit in translation, but hopefully you can get the gist of it.
- Noise Kaizou Gear
This is a set of licensing item (cards), so it’s not available in US territory.* But, we’re distributing “White Cards” (one specific kind of cards available in this Noise Kaizou Gear) on our official website.
– Rezon cards
This is a part of “Noise Kaizou Gear”, so it’s not available in US territory.* We’re not planning to distribute them on our official website.
- Secret Satellite Server
This is a booklet published by Capcom Japan, and it’s not available in US territory.
* But, we’re distributing some of the “Cipher Codes” (which are included in this booklet) on our official website.
- Meteor ServerIf this means the “Meteor Server” which the powered up boss appears after collecting certain number of stars on title menu, it’s available in US version, too.
For the record, nobody on the US side made a decision to remove any content–it seems to be a licensing issue. There will be some additional free content coming to Wii-ware soon, as well as more website content, but that’s the best info I could get at the moment.

A bit unrelated, I also heard there are some extra battle cards coming to the Nintendo Channel for free dl.
If your Wii isn’t online, they will also be available in Nintendo’s DS Download Stations at retail starting in mid-July.

Capcom released info for the Secret Satellite Server (which is sadly small D=) and this picture is it. It tells more about the Secret Satellite Server and how it effects the story. To sum it all up the discovery of Noise has been used for the good guys advantage, they found ways for characters like Mega Man to become much more powerful…(which we already know about, like Noise Change and Noise cards…)

METEOR ACCESS SERVER
These images show how the Meteor Access system works, when you are given the option to transform on the Battle Card Selection Screen your deck of cards will change and you battle on in that way. (BTW Red Joker/Black Ace transformation only last 3-turns, so strategy is a must while using these ultimate forms)

These just show in depth battle sequences and the official report from Deneki says that if you defeat your opponent while in his ultimate form you obtain a rival card.

EM Wave Regenerator: Remaining EM Wave energy from the Cygnus Feather is sent to an energy recovery system. Recovered energy can be used to make more Shitappa. Unlike Mega Man’s Hunter VG device, EM Wave energy of the same frequency can be reclaimed.
Cygnus Feather: Cygnus wings were shaped during the EM Wave transformation into Cygnus Wing. They are elegant while in motion, the Feather Blades which emerge can cut with precision. Feather Blades that are lost can easily be replaced by using EM Wave energy.
Shitappa: Cygnus Wing’s henchmen, the Shitappa are swan-like EM Wave beings. They come in two types, black and white. The white Shitappa are cowardly and fly away as soon as they are attacked, but the black Shitappa can’t fly away, so they keep going and attack.
Dancing Float Shoes: Float Shoes that are customized for Cygnus Wing. Compared to regular Float Shoes, mobility is much better. When combined with the use of Cygnus Feather, Cygnus’s Wings can flit and fly around with high attack efficiency.
To view Cygnus Wing click the sentence, when there go up two times, when you Satellite Police click on it, you will see code No. 020, click and you will see his Profile!

You have seen that, now for the report: They say there is going to be a Red Joker card that powers Rockman up like the previous games and the shuffle card system will be making a comeback…yeah sounds Battle Network 5 but hey variety is good! It is also confirmed their will be ten noise forms per version, so you can all relax about that…and I have new cards to show you that are for the “noise modification gear” it’s just like the other Ryuusei games where it’s an attachment you stick in the back of your DS and gain special power ups, here they are:
