Well no info is yet known as to what this means, but look closer, you can see the corner of a Noise Modification card, which means that these characters must be unlocked in order to have them…UPDATE! New info, apparently they will be one of the many Secret Satellite Server cards you can unlock, Ra Mu was also listed as one of the secret cards which is not that surprising since the constant use of previous cards from Star Force 1 were used in Star Force 2 so why not in Star Force 3…

^This image in particular exposes a new system, the Folder Address, when using a brother force card you are prompted to use this system which sends you a little pop up with three buttons that above say A, B and C. You start at A and make your way all the way down to C for stronger cards, if the correct card is used in a previous level ( like level A ) at the end of a virus battle you can access the next level of cards from the Secret Satellite Server next time your in battle… But in other ways the same system works here as was in Star Force 2, there is a card you place on the touch screen on top of a special menu screen, input the code correctly and you gain special ability’s…
But in order to use the power of the Satellite Server you must have access to the Satellite Server.

And this basically explains how you get the white (blank) cards in the video game by using a machine that brings the cards in by Noise Gear, and it is also stated that there is a special white card you can use at the beginning of the game that harnesses the power of Black Ace’s NFB! (you must get the Noise Remodeling Gear HERE$2.99 USA)

Well here is Red Joker and Black Ace yet again, same thing as before nothing different:
Black Ace: Your folder changes while in this form, you give double the damage with the Omega-Xis attack, your buster level is at max,Auto Lock On, Air Shoes, Float Shoes, Quick Gauge, NFB is Black End Galaxy

The Mega Man of Star Force 3 web site has been updated with news about the noise forms, it’s pretty much what we already know about except there cool images to go with it. Click HERE to go to the Satellite Server and view the forms above! When you go there and click the image that you see above, click on one of the forms, when you do you are brought to the Noise form information screen, there you can click on different Noise forms, and each Noise form has 10 different mixed Noise forms.(PLUS there are 51 Noise forms per version, so 51 + 51 = a Grand total OF 102!!)
Well these list the forms and which version they belong to, pretty cool so it’s now for your eyes to believe, in case anyone has had confusion between which form belongs to which version.
This is how to mix the forms, it works pretty much like last time, you use a brothers card in battle with a form you already have and you will gain new powerful forms, above Mega Man gains the Widespread attack after transforming with a second noise form.

Well it works just like last time, you set the card over the screen on a special menu and gain a secret card…and that elec dragon card is sooo coool. So that is the update for now, will post more when more info comes out.
